  • Small carrot (optional spring garnish)

Instructions

  1. Fill a large wine glass with ice.

  2. Pour in ¼ cup Prosecco, then add 3 tablespoons Aperol.

  3. Add ¼ cup orange juice and 2–3 tablespoons vanilla syrup.

  4. Gently stir to combine.

  5. Top with vanilla cold foam. Add an extra small splash of cream for extra creaminess.

  6. Garnish with an orange slice, edible flower, and a small carrot for a playful spring touch.
