Peach Burrata Board
The perfect summer appetizer! Each time I hosted this summer, I made a variation of this dish!
If you are looking for a simple, yet, jaw dropping appetizer to serve when hosting, this is it. I just about made this appetizer every single time we had guests over this summer! It's light, refreshing, and filled with seasonal summer fruits!! The prosciutto, peach, and burrata combo is simply unmatched!! For a more savory bite, guests can grab the tomatos, prosciutto, burrata, and a slice of the toasted bagette. It's the perfect sweet & savory appetizer for any get together.
I am soo excited to play around with this recipe every season. I can see myself adding in pears in the fall!!

Peach Burrata Board with Hot Honey
Ingredients
Board Elements- 2–3 ripe peaches, sliced into wedges
- 2 balls fresh burrata cheese (about 4 oz each)
- 4–6 slices prosciutto, folded
- 1 cup fresh cherries, halved and pitted (or whole for presentation)
- 1 cup colorful cherry or heirloom tomatoes, halved
- ½ cup fresh basil leaves
- Extra-virgin olive oil, for drizzling
- Flaky sea salt & freshly cracked black pepper, to taste
- Crostini, sliced baguette, or crackers, for serving
- Optional extra fruits: pears, plums, and apples make delicious additions
- ¼ cup honey (I like using Mike’s Hot Honey)
- 1–2 tsp red pepper flakes (if making your own)
Instructions
- Prep the fruit: Slice peaches, halve cherries and tomatoes. Tear burrata open just before serving for the best look and texture.
- Arrange the board: Place burrata in the center or off to the side, then fan peaches, cluster tomatoes, and scatter cherries. Drape prosciutto and tuck basil leaves for color.
- Season & finish: Drizzle burrata and peaches with olive oil, sprinkle flaky salt and black pepper.
- Make hot honey (optional): If not using Mike’s Hot Honey, warm honey in a small pan over low heat with pepper flakes for 5 minutes. Strain if desired.
- Serve: Drizzle hot honey over the burrata or serve in a small dish on the side so guests can choose. Enjoy with crostini or crackers.
